The layout is a proto-freelanced depiction of Pan Am RR(PAR) operations in southeastern and central New Hampshire and southern Maine.  In the real world, much of this was abandoned in the 1980’s.   As of this writing, the layout has only been under construction for about 7 months.  I have only had the opportunity to build some benchwork and install and wire track.  Otherwise, there is no backdrop, scenery or completed structures.
